· We will ensure all clients receive the same quality service, we will never discriminate against age, sexuality, disability, race or class.

· We will give honest advice with true opinions about style and colour choice to give you the best possible outcome from every visit.

· We will always greet you with a friendly manner and carry out your service with a smile.

· If in the unlikely event you are unhappy with your hair we will be happy to see to any problems within 48 hours to correct any issues, please contact Jodie asap after the service.

· We promise to use best quality products and equipment at all times.

· We promise to carry out every service to the best of our ability, we will never rush you or compromise your experience to accommodate others.

· We will always endeavour to keep to your scheduled appointment time, however occasionally due to unforeseen circumstances we can run behind, in this unlikely event we will always give you an expected wait time and do our best to keep to it.

· You will always be offered refreshments during your visit.

· Every client has the chance to review Wigs of London via various channels online, and as a thankyou, on completion there will be £5 off your next visit. Please ask Jodie for details.

· Our pricing reflects our experience, training and education. The team is constantly growing their skills; this will mean we can always give you top trends, technical excellence and expert advice.

· We highly recommend skin testing to safe guard our clients from reaction. Please ensure you have had a skin test 48 hours prior to any colouring service, including off scalp colouring.

· We appreciate your feedback good or bad, feel free to express your thoughts to any member of staff during your visit or online with the enquiry form.

· All personal data held at the salon will not be shared with third parties we are committed to meeting data protection obligations insuring the protection and security of all personal data.

· You have been informed of all after care: wide-tooth comb to detangle when washing and conditioning, regular use of argan oil or serum to keep hair moisturised and heat-protection spray when heat-styling. 

· You agreed to all terms and conditions outlined above. 

Cancellation Policy

We reserve your appointments especially for you, therefore, we request that you be courteous and respectful and call us promptly if you are unable to attend an appointment. To best utilise appointment times for all clients we need at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations. Less than 24 hours’ notice will result in a charge of 50% of the service cost. This also applies to drastic appointment changes on the service you are booked in for - so, if you are booked in for a long service and you change your mind and don’t want it done any more, you must let us know 24 hours prior to your appointment time.

“No Shows” will be charged 100% of the service cost.

Appointment Times

You must arrive on time to ensure you receive the full service you have booked in for. If you are running late, please let us know - we will do everything we can to accommodate you, however, please keep in mind that we may have to reschedule your appointment, or may not have time to complete the whole service, in which case you will need to make another booking.

Refund Policy

After purchasing a custom product from Wigs Of London, adjustments can be made to suit client’s requirements.  Please note, we do not provide refunds of any kind.
